WEEK 86

These past weeks have been really good. Here are the highlights —

- ZONE CONFERENCE
We had our zone conference and it was super good! We learned a lot about the love of Christ and how we need to show love to others like he shows to us. My comp and I had to give a presentation about putting on the armor of God. I thought it was pretty good, especially since we only had like 2 hours to plan it. But all of zone conference, my comp was sick. Luckily, he got a boost of energy during the presentation, but right after, we had to go home. My guy was so sick he was lookin whiter than me! We got home and I made some bomb chicken noodle soup. The sister training leaders brought us some food and we just relaxed the rest of the day.

- SATURDAY
The next day, a bunch of people were sick. One elder in each companionship in our district was sick so we came up with the genius plan of going out in a trio. So all of the sick elders came to our house and then I went with their comps and worked. We had some good tacos so I'm glad we got to go together.

- ZONE ACTIVITY
The Monday before transfers, we had a zone activity! The STL's and us arrived at the church by 7:30 am to start cookin up some breakfast! Everyone else got there at 9. We ate some pancakes, juice, bread, and honestly — I don't remember what else.  Afterwards, we had a devotional and then played a few games. We finished by playing volleyball for like two hours. I got absolutely roasted by the sun and ended up lookin like a tomato! But it was worth it cuz all the zone had fun.

- FOOD
On Tuesday, we went with the district after district council to eat Little Caesars. We ordered 5 pizzas, but like half of the district are sisters so they don't really eat anything. I ended up losing a game we played so I had to eat a whole pizza. And right after, we went to lunch at a member's and ate 3 servings cuz I feel bad if I don't eat a lot. Then after, we went with a recent convert to go get tacos. But I'm gonna be honest, it was worth it cuz they were some of the best tacos I've had.
The next day, we went to lunch and then ate with a sister from another ward who wanted to show us her favorite food. It's basically a quesadilla the size of a pizza and I ended up having 2 of them. Then right after, we went with the STL's to sushi since it was the last day on the mission for one of them. By the time we got home, I felt so sick. I honestly haven't eaten a lot since those 2 days.

- TRANSFERS
We had transfers! My comp is staying in our area and getting a new comp. I'm going to Presas with Elder Nava. Last year, when I left Tizayuca, I was transferred to Presas for a week and a half until I had to leave because of an emergency transfer. It's nice that I kinda know the area and some of the members. And I'm also with Elder Nava again. We were comps in Actopan for 3 transfers so it's kinda cool that I know my comp and get along really well with him. Hopefully we can help a lot of people here.

Anyways, hope your week was as good as mine!

Love, Elder Fuller
