WEEK 76
This week was super good. Here are the highlights —
- ZONE CONFERENCE
This week we had zone conference. We had to wake up at like 6, which sucked cuz the night before the other elders stayed at our house and we stayed up til 3 playing Risk so I was absolutely dead, but it was worth it cuz we had a good time playing. But the zone conference focused a lot on how everyone is important...how every act of service makes a difference in someone's life. Going home, I felt a huge desire to help everyone I saw. We rode home as a zone and the bus driver was nuts! He was going like 85 and there was some traffic but this guy had the best maneuvering skills I have ever seen. But also, the back door wouldn't shut cuz it was broken so I had to stand in front of the door so that no one, especially the missionaries (cuz most of us had to stand since all the seats were taken), would fall out. Prolly like 3 or 4 times, a missionary would fall on me cuz of the crazy driving and I would save them from falling out, but then I would almost fall out too. Not gonna lie, one time, legit, I thought I was gonna die cuz I lost my grip and a missionary fell on me, (it was like a scene straight out of Mission Impossible) but 100% God gave me strength in the one arm to support me and the other missionary from falling.

Also, we got a dope neighbor. He's a member. He and his family attend a different ward cuz of some problems with our bishop. But he's got a candy factory in the house next to us. Like he makes all of his own candy, which is actually super cool. When you walk into his house, it looks like a drug factory, but he actually makes like 50 different candies and they're all super good. I'ma ask him to teach me so when I get home I can make it.

- P-DAY PLAYING VOLLEYBALL
On p-day, we got to play volleyball as a district. It was actually pretty fun, but it was so hot. But also, I broke the window to our bishop's office. Me and another elder were both going for the ball and I hit it, but was trying to avoid him, so instead the ball flew directly at the window of the bishop's office and broke it. But we're all good cuz now it's fixed.
On p-day, we got to play volleyball as a district. It was actually pretty fun, but it was so hot. But also, I broke the window to our bishop's office. Me and another elder were both going for the ball and I hit it, but was trying to avoid him, so instead the ball flew directly at the window of the bishop's office and broke it. But we're all good cuz now it's fixed.
