WEEK 62
This week was really good. Here are the highlights —
- ZONE CONFERENCE
We had Zone Conference and one of the seventies came down to attend our meeting. I learned a bunch. It was really weird cuz my comp was conducting the zone conference!!... so we had to sit up front and face everyone. Not gonna lie — I felt a little bit judged up in that seat. But also, after the meeting, the seventy asked if he could have an interview with me. It was super cool!! It was prolly like 15 minutes, but it literally changed my life!!

- LEADERSHIP TRAINING
We also had leadership training!! It was pretty nuts!! It was like 2 and a half hours away from our house so the night before we stayed at the apartment of the assistants. That was nuts! We first went and got tacos and then went back to the house. We had a few calls to make and then we had a nerf war and broke a cabinet!! So then we decided to go to bed but ended up talking for like an hour and a half. Then we had to wake up at 4 am which absolutely sucked!! Then we had a 2 hour combi ride!! It was a combi for 8 people and we had to fit 14 (8 elders and 6 sisters)!! It was the most uncomfortable I've ever been on my mission!! I had someone sitting on my lap the entire two hours. We finally got there and it was a super good training. We learned a lot and hopefully our mission can get a lil bit better from what we learned!!

- UPDATE ON THE WORK
Also, just a side note, one of my friends from my old area in Actopan got baptized. Sucks I couldn't be there, but it was super cool to see his picture all in white!! But now we are working in this Zone!! When I arrived, it was the worst zone in the mission, but now we are getting better. And hopefully in a few months, we can be even better!!
