WEEK 22

FIVE MONTHS! I hit my five month mark! Not sure how it was for you, but it went pretty fast for me. Here are some highlights from this week —

- BAPTISM
We had the baptism of Gonzalo Sanchez this Saturday. It was such a cool experience. He is gonna be such a good member. I could feel the Spirit so strong during the baptism and so could his family. They were all crying like crazy and two of them aren't even members. Afterwards, both of them asked how they could get baptized so not gonna lie, that was pretty clutch. Then on Sunday, during sacrament meeting, they confirmed him. The Elders Quorum President did it. Then during the second hour, Gonzalo received the priesthood. That was such a cool experience — being part of Gonzalo getting baptized, confirmed and ordained within 24 hours. He's gonna be such a good priesthood holder.

- THURSDAY
This day was fantastic. Studied a bit then went and had two lessons. The sisters are sick so we went and contacted in their area and found some new people for them. Then we went and ate at a member's house who served in LA so he knows about Thanksgiving. He made cheesy potatoes, turkey wings, lasagna, asparagus, and pie with ice cream. The pie and ice cream were so good. I also got to watch a little Kung Fu Panda at their house so it, of course, made the experience that much better. We had two more lessons and then went to our last two lessons, but they weren't home. There were a bunch of kids playing soccer in the street and they were trash talking us so we decided to play  — and we absolutely destroyed them. It was super fun. Then we changed up the teams and it was more fair and more fun.

- INTERCAMBIOS
I had intercambios with Elder Boss this week. He's from Salt Lake City, is a Zone Leader and has two weeks left on his mission. He didn't really want to do much but I kinda made him. And when we got to the lessons, he destroyed it. He might be the best missionary teacher I've met. I don't know what he does, and his Spanish kinda sucks, and he talks like a sloth, but for some reason, he is so good at teaching. So I gotta work towards that.

Anyways, hope your week was as good as mine.

Love,
Elder Fuller

Gonzalo! He's such a stud and gonna be the best member!

Xena was also baptized this week. She was the zone leaders' contact but she wanted Elder Berquist to baptize her.

And here's a little sample of our musical number at her baptism...
