WEEK 20
Four months! I've been in Mexico for four months now and it's only getting better. Here are some highlights from the week —
- BAPTISM
We had a baptism this week. It was so cool. Members of the Laureano family. The mom, Jaohana, and two of her daughters, Belinda and Esther. Such a cool experience. They have had a super hard time lately just with stuff in their life. They stopped coming to church for a few months but then started to come back. Now they are members.

- LESSONS
Our lessons were so good this week. We put three people on date. The first is Saul and he's super cool. He is your classic guitar street player. It's what he does for his job. The second person is Inés. She has been in Mexico City for a long time. So the first lesson back with her, we put her on date. The last person is Gonzalo and he is something special. His wife is a member who just became active again and he really wants to get baptized. He used to smoke 14 cigarettes a day but he's been clean for 9 days. Also, he has a little boy who is super cute too.

- SUNDAY
Wow, what a day. I woke up Sunday morning at 2 AM to the sound of thunder. Turns out it was my comp in the bathroom. Then about 30 minutes later, I joined him. We were throwing up all morning and just didn't feel good at all. We decided to go to church cuz we had three people to confirm. That was really cool but I felt like I was gonna pass out during the confirmations. I literally had no energy at all, it was so hard to just walk to church. We got home, slept, called our district, and went back to bed. Our neighbor who gave us a ride home from church brought us some tea, which really helped. Turns out we had food poisoning from a restaurant we ate at on Saturday called Holy Wings (my dad thinks it should've been named Holy Crap). We had wings, a burger, fries and fried hot dogs.
Don't worry. I'm feeling much better today. Hope your week was as good as mine!
Love and miss you all!

Just waiting outside a housing complex to get to our RS President's house. Last time the cops escorted us out so now we get to wait for her to escort us in.
