WEEK 21

Happy Thanksgiving! Eat some turkey for me and I'll eat some tacos for you. Here are some highlights from my week —

- FOOD POISONING
Like the geniuses we are, we decided to eat Chinese food on Monday. (Yes, this was the Monday after the Sunday we were in bed for most of the day.) What a mistake that was! I was throwing up and on the toilet all of Tuesday and most of Monday. We got food poisoning again, two times in three days. But it's all good cuz I won't eat it anymore.

- INTERCAMBIOS
We had intercambios (exchanges) on Tuesday. It was so good. I was comps with Elder Sanchez; he speaks absolutely zero English. It was a good time for me to test out my Spanish. He's super shy so I taught basically all of the lessons and they were really good (I think). And I got to talk Spanish with him all day so that was really helpful.

-ZONE CONFERENCE
It was so good. It was exactly what I needed. They talked a lot about service and how to teach and the importance of The Book of Mormon. After this, the next few days, we had super good lessons and focused a lot more on what's important. It was so good.

Anyways, hope your week was as good as mine!

- Elder Fuller

Our zone at zone conference. Our zone leader is headed home next transfer. There's a sister in his ward that's good at sewing so he picked out fabric and had her sew matching ties for all of the elders in our zone and then used the same fabric to sew matching hair scrunchies for the sisters.

Can you find Elder Fuller?

They asked me to lead everyone in reciting D&C 4. I know it perfectly in English, but this was in Spanish. Luckily I know the beginning and just mouthed the rest (shh — don't tell) while everyone else recited it.
